MC: Consequences Edition
We are suing Mojang AB over the forced Microsoft account migration, where the filings went in to Nacka tingsrätt on 24 June 2026.
Current status
The court has issued a summons against Mojang, who now have to submit their defense
The opt-in phase is over, where 1 464 participants confirmed to the court in time that they want to be covered by the class action (with around 180 more arriving too late). The court has not approved Mojang's motion to dismiss, & has issued them a summons to submit their defense without delay, as in giving their answer asap. Beyond that we are still waiting on a formal decision on whether the suit qualifies as a class action.

Can I take part?
The criteria for the first group are:
- Purchased the game before the 10th of December 2013 (non inclusive, aka 9th at the latest)
- Is a EU/EEA resident
- Bought the game while under 18 years old
The deadline to confirm to the court passed on 25 September 2026.
